Locals Only! is a new way that local bands in their respective regions can get up-close and personal introductions and introspective recognitions. This allows for fans, or potential fans who are not capable of attending local shows to show their support of local music.
Every box will contain a 7”mini mag with info on the band of the month.
This project’s DIY aesthetic celebrates the DIY culture that most local music communities strive in.
It would also include the venue of the month and other up and coming local bands.
The box would contain the band of the month’s swag as well as some Local’s Only! swag and goodies. Swag could vary between t-shirts, records, CDs, tapes and event tickets. This box contained a Locals Only! zine, a 7” record, 2 coozies, 4 foam coasters, a t-shirt, a business card and Locals Only! stickers.
